Now, let me get this straight: Fox is suing Franken because they are afraid that a book [2] by someone who is "neither a journalist nor... a well-respected voice in American politics", who "appears to be shrill and unstable", and whose "views lack any serious depth or insight" will be mistaken by the average consumer as a representative of Fox News?
Oh, wait, I guess that makes perfect sense.
